The “ Client ” or “You”: A natural person, declares to be at least 18 years old and to have legal capacity or to be the holder

purposes which do not fall within the scope of his professional, commercial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity.
The “ Product(s) ”: Any item offered on the Site, on the day of consultation.
The “ Prices ”: rates indicated on the Products (in Euro or local currency). They take into account any reductions as well as
VAT, applicable on the day of the Order.
An “ Order ”: Any purchase order relating to one or more Products appearing on the Site
“ Customer Service ”: The Seller’s department from which You can obtain additional information on the
Products, conditions of sale, your Orders, information on current deliveries or to make a complaint.
Article 2: Purpose and scope of application
These General Conditions govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods and
services offered by the Seller to the Customer, from the Order to delivery, including payment and use of services
made available on the Site.
These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.
Together with the Online Order, they constitute the contractual documents binding on the parties concerned.

Article 5: Order
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any Order from a Customer with whom there is or appears to be a

Article 7: Delivery
The Products are delivered to the postal delivery address provided by the Customer during the Order process.
7.1 Customer Information
The Customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address.
(including: street number, building number, access code, name and intercom number, telephone, etc.). In the event of an error in the wording

7.2 Package returned or not received
If a package has been returned due to the Customer's responsibility (error in the delivery address, package not collected from the relay point

7.3 Damaged package

Delivery costs are charged in addition to the Price of the Products.
The delivery costs will be communicated to the Customer before validation of the Order, once the delivery country has been indicated.

7.6 Shipping and delivery time
Regarding shipments, Orders placed on the Site are collected every day from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
We undertake to dispatch any Order within a maximum of 5 working days if the Products are available unless
contrary announcement on the Site (example: exceptional closures, etc.).
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier chosen and the country of destination of the package.
These deadlines will be communicated for information purposes only when the Order is validated.
We would like to warn you that the times indicated correspond to the times guaranteed by the carriers.

Article 12. Force majeure
The performance by the Seller of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure.
