Delivery and Return

Our warehouse is based in France and provides delivery to France and some European countries. The list of
countries open for delivery will be updated regularly.

Any customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer, you can consult in more detail
our general conditions of sale available HERE .

Order :

When you place an order on our site, here are the different intermediate steps between receiving your order
and delivery to your home:

Order validated -> Preparation of the order ( 3 working days unless communication announcing additional delays)
-> Delivery by the chosen carrier (delay depending on your delivery choice) -> package at your home!

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing
so you can know the status of your order with the carrier at any time.

In case of delay, question or complaint related to transport, you can use this information to contact
the carrier concerned.

Delivery addresses for orders cannot be changed once your order has been confirmed.

Shipments take place from Monday to Friday inclusive (except public holidays).

The delivery methods, prices and times offered:

Orders are open for the following destinations: Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain,
Luxembourg
By relay: 5 to 7 working days

At home: 2 to 4 working days

Prices are calculated when the order is validated based on the destination

Delivery is free to Relais in mainland France for purchases of 70 euros or more.

We accept the return of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Contact us via our return form to let us know the reasons. Only unused products in
their original packaging are accepted.

Please include the order number and your contact details, as well as the reason for your return.
The product must be intact and in its original packaging to the following address:

The shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving the return order, it is checked. If we find that the product is returned to us damaged
Due to insufficient quality packaging, WURE COSMETICS may decide to only partially refund the product.
or to refuse to reimburse it in full if it cannot be resold as is.

We will then proceed with the refund within 14 working days after receipt and validation of the returned product.

Return following an error in the order:

and the missing or incorrect product(s).

We will get back to you as soon as possible to offer you a solution.
